Large room chalk farm/belsize pk (LGBT houseshare)

Nice house (technically a ground floor flat with a sizable garden) in quiet street between Chalk farm and Belsize Park. I am in my 40s, work in the film industry. Busy yet quiet house.

Looking for a quiet, tidy, considerate and yet friendly flatmate. We are LGBT and international, and welcome all nationalities and sexualities. It would be lovely if you are in the creative industry, too, but not a must! A dog-lover would be nice, too.

The other housemates are two lovely ladies in their 20s-40s.

Room is quite large, It has a double bed, very large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table, television, a few shelves and good natural lighting.

House is not enormous, but it's in very decent condition. There's a garden, lounge, kitchen with all amenities, separate bathroom and WC, etc. The lounge and garden are partially communal as they are only accessible through my bedroom (I travel about 50% of the time, during which time everyone is welcome to use them)

The area is very privileged: 7m walk from Chalk Farm tube station and 8m from Belsize Park. Overground is also nearby. You are a very short walk from Camden Market, from Hampstead Heath and from Primrose Hill, so it's very convenient for shopping, going to restaurants, picnics, jogging, etc.

There is a lovely lady Chihuahua called Lulu. She's ultra-friendly and well-behaved!

Six months minimum contract £800 deposit. No couples.
