Beautiful, serene parks on every corner of small lane. Good access to transport. Central London within 20 mins, overground station & Queen Elizabeth hospital approx 15-20 mins walk, Woolwich nearby. Large new M & S, Sainsbury's, Asda, IKEA, & 10 screen Cinema all within walking distance or easy, 5 min bus ride.
Access to kitchen, living room & peaceful, tranquil garden with bbq. Prefer non-smoking, working female. Inclusive cat loving house. You will have use of the kitchen, fridge, freezer & washing machine. Rent is inclusive of utility bills, wifi & Netflix. Not suitable for home homeworkers or unemployed, sorry.
