Large Double room recently completely re-decorated and carpeted 2010. Furnished but arrangements can be made if the housemate wants to bring their own furniture

The bathrooms and kitchen...
Completely refurbished in 2010 there are two full size bath/shower rooms, one with walk-in shower the other with a wide bath. Located on a half floor. Early risers are away from the bedrooms. The kitchen is large and well equiped with two fridges, a full standing freezer and a 6 hob cooker also refurbished in 2010. Also there is an extra large washing machine in the adjoining utility room.

The house...
A 5-bedroom Victorian house on the bend in a road giving extra floor area. There is a newly (2011) built and laid garden with lawn and patio. A huge shared living room area (2 rooms knocked into one) with ample seating area. Large hallways, high ceilings, stripped wooden floors on ground floor and carpeted throughout rest of house. Basement and loft for store (if there's any space). Completely refurbished in 2008-10 with new furniture and equipment.

The area...Very close to Charlton shops (4-500m) where the rail station to London Bridge (24mins), Waterloo (28 mins) and Cannon street (about 30 mins) runs very regularly and buses into central London and also to O2 centre (alternatively a 1/2hr walk), Greenwich and Blackheath (also both 1/2 walk). The start of the heath itself is about 15 mins walk.

The housemates...
Steve and Rob are both live in owners giving the benefit that the house is maintained in good order. There are three other bedrooms two of which are taken. The housemates have a variety of interests and professions but are all easy going 50/50 males and female and aged between 25-35 and working in London.
