We are looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate professional to rent our small double room in our welcoming family home.

We are a friendly couple, both working professionals, with a daughter. We enjoy a peaceful home environment, keeping our house clean and tidy, and respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

The room and house

We offer a small double room in a three-bedroom house with:

- Two bathrooms
- A separate dining room and living room
- A spacious, lovely garden
- A private-use upstairs bathroom and toilet for the lodger
- A small desk can fit in the room (if required)

The house has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and we would love to find someone who would feel comfortable becoming part of our household while respecting everyone's needs and privacy.
