• Under 10 min bus ride or 15 min walking distance to Charlton station
• Under 10 min bus ride to Woolwich
• £500 deposit required
• All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband).
• There is shared bathroom plus a second toilet and store room.

We are looking for a friendly and clean person. Suitable for a single person.

You’d be sharing with a small family looking to rent our extra bedroom, we have one cat so it might not be suitable for someone who is allergic.
