I am looking for a tenant for a double room with ensuite bathroom in a beautifully furnished flat, with big balcony and great views. The room is available from mid October.

Flat is located in modern neighborhood, close to Charlton train station, from where you can get in 17 min to London Bridge. One block away from 5 major supermarkets, many shops and food places. It’s also 30 min walk to the O2 and jubilee line, Greenwich park and Cutty Sark.

The flat is very big (90sq meters), and you will share it with just one other female flatmate, who has her own bathroom. So three rooms + living room with big terrace and two bathrooms to be shared just between two people, that’s quite luxurious for London:)

The room is fully furnished and costs £1,150 + bills

We also have an extra room available that can be used as a separate office or guest room. It has a really big wardrobe plus a sofa bed.

Both rooms can be rented for £1500 + bills
