Spacious double room available in a 2-person house

Hiya,

We have a spacious room available in a lovely Victorian garden flat.
It’s a two-person household, so you’ll be sharing the flat with me — a 29-year-old professional working in the fields of art and fashion. I work on a hybrid schedule, spending part of the week at my studio, so you’ll have plenty of quiet time at home.

The flat doesn’t have a separate living room, but we do have a cosy, fully equipped kitchen, which serves as our main shared space, along with the garden, perfect for relaxing or having a coffee outside.

The flat comes with all essentials, including a washing machine, dehumidifier, oven, central heating, and a bathtub.

It’s very well connected with great transport links to central London — located right next to Charlton Station. It’s just a 5-minute train ride to Greenwich Station or 20 minutes to Cannon Street, with direct trains also running to King’s Cross, Blackfriars (Tate Modern), and Luton Airport.

Beyond the convenience, the flat is set near the Green Chain Walk — a beautiful network of trails stretching from the River Thames to Nunhead Cemetery, spanning fields, parks, and woodlands across 50 miles. It’s perfect if you enjoy walks and a bit of nature nearby.
