A single room suitable has become available to rent in our spacious, three-storey house.

The room is on the first floor.. As pictured, it is very light, airy & spacious. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and table and chairs, sole use of bathroom consisting of toilet, shower and handwash basin.

The house:
The kitchen is on the ground floor and includes a washing machine, microwave and oven/cooker and is shared with two other housemates. Other 4 tenants have their own fully equipped kitchen. All bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, Wifi internet) are included in the rent price. You'll also have access to the rear garden from the lower ground floor.

The housemates:
There are 6 other housemates who are all working professionals. They are friendly, approachable and look after the property well.

The location:
Our house can be found in a quiet residential area and is a couple of minutes walk away is Charlton train station, where trains frequently leave for Central London. On-road parking is available with permit. The newly developed Greenwich shopping park is a 5 minute walk away. Trips to the O2 arena and Charlton Athletic football ground are within close proximity.
