🌿 Looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bed flat in Charlton (Greenwich Borough), South East London

I’m looking for someone to rent the spare room in my two-bedroom flat and share a home that is calm and homely.

A little about me - I’m a creative, curious and easygoing person who loves music, nature, psychology, spirituality and a good conversation. I enjoy a mix of socialising and having my own space, and appreciate a home that feels peaceful, respectful and comfortable to come back to after a busy day.

I’m hoping to find someone who is considerate, clean, independent and easy to get along with. It would be lovely to have a friendly flatmate to chat with, cook together or occasionally do things with, while also being happy doing our own thing. It’s a non-party household, so ideally suited to someone who values a calm living environment.

🐈 I also have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a furry housemate. He is a 3 year old Bengal who is super friendly, very active, and loves to play and be petted!

The flat is surrounded by nature, with parks and green spaces nearby. Bus stops are around a 10-minute walk away, the local train station is around 15 minutes away, and North Greenwich Underground and Woolwich Elizabeth line are accessible for commuting and getting around London.

The spare room is currently unfurnished, I will furnish it once I’ve found the right person. You’d also be welcome to have input into the design so we can make it a space you feel at home in.

Ultimately, I’m looking for someone compatible who wants a nice place to live, respects each other’s space and helps make the flat a good home for both of us.
