1 bedroom shared house - Charlton

A quiet private room in our renovated two storey house in Charlton, one minute's walk from the station, in Zone 3. You'll be sharing the house with the two of us and Buddy, our cat, who sleeps most of the day. There's a small garden at the front and another at the back.
The bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The window looks onto the back garden, not the road, so it's quiet . Bedding and towel not provided.
The bathroom is upstairs and shared with us. It has a bath with a shower over it and a toilet. There's a second toilet downstairs.
The kitchen and living room are downstairs. The kitchen has a double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a coffee machine, and the washing machine is in there too. You're welcome to cook in the kitchen at reasonable times, and we'll make sure you have space in the fridge and cupboards. The living room has a big sofa and tv. WiFi is included.
No smoking inside the house, and not out of the window, but you can smoke in the garden. Buddy lives here, so it's not a good fit if you're allergic to cats.

Charlton station is 1 minute on foot. London Bridge is 12 minutes by train and St Pancras is 20. There are lots of buses nearby, including to the O2 and Cutty Sark (about 10 minutes), and a cycle path close by. Just across the road you'll find supermarkets, Primark, TK Maxx, Starbucks and plenty of other shops.
