Double room in lovely home with a cat 🏡

Hello, we have a double room available in our lovely Victorian house. The room is available from 11th June 2026.

The current housemates are all 25-29 and work full time. We’re looking for someone who works mostly in the office. We are currently 3 girls and 1 guy, we’re all sociable and like to do things as a house every now and then. Our hobbies include festivals, travelling, cooking, cycling, swimming and more.

We are looking for a fifth housemate that is friendly, sociable, clean, tidy and a professional that works full-time and is a great fit to the current housemates. We like to make the house feel like a home. No couples and no pets allowed sorry!

The house is fully furnished and has a big kitchen/diner, nice sized living room and a beautiful garden with a bar. There are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bedroom comes furnished and your bathroom has a lovely modern bath/shower and you'd only be sharing it with 1 other person.

The house is situated in a safe, friendly, quiet area well connected to London and the City and to Canary Wharf by buses, tubes and trains. The house is a 5 minute walk to Charlton train station with a direct line to St Pancras, Charing Cross, London Bridge, Cannon Street and more. We're also close to North Greenwich station (Jubilee line) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line).

We are only a 10 minute bus away from picturesque Greenwich which has a choice of markets, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, a big park, the Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, the dock to get the Uber Boat into the city and much more. We’re also a 10 minute bus journey to Blackheath for the farmers' market on a Sunday.

There are loads of large supermarkets nearby including; Sainsbury's, M&S, LIDL, ADLI and a big retail park. There's a gym that's also a 10 minute walk away and Charlton Lido is 15 mins walk away which has a lovely heated outdoor pool and gym.

Oh and lastly we have a cat, Otto! 🐈‍⬛ He loves cuddles and is very friendly 🐾

*Rent is £825 per Calendar Month plus bills*

There is a £825 security deposit for the room. This becomes your damage deposit once you move into the house (non-refundable if you decide not to move after signing the contract).

Bills are £150 per month including super fast WiFi, TV license, gas & electric, council tax, water and a lovely cleaner who comes once a week and cleans the whole house.
