One Bright Double Room Available in Our Friendly Chelsea Flat-Share

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Chelsea. We’ve got one fully furnished double room becoming available, and the flat is in an amazing spot, just an 11-minute walk from King’s Road with all its gyms, cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops, parks, and galleries.

📍 Location
We’re in a residential street with fantastic transport links. You can easily walk to Sloane Square, South Kensington, Imperial Wharf, Fulham Broadway, or Earl’s Court. The nearest bus stop is only 4 minutes away and has several 24/7 routes into Central London.

Battersea Park is about 15 minutes on foot, perfect for runs, walks, or relaxing at the weekend. Duke of York Square (with its great Saturday food market), the Saatchi Gallery are also nearby, the V&A Museum, and the Natural History & Science Museum.

Chelsea Embankment is just around the corner too, with beautiful Thames views and two iconic bridges. And for everyday bits, there’s Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, M&S, Peter Jones, plus loads of cafés, independent shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms and cinemas all within walking distance. You can do pretty much everything on foot.

•A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer)

You’d be living with two of us, both professionals.

👥 About Us
You’d be sharing with me and one other flatmate. We work in Finance and Engineering, and we both value a clean, calm and respectful home. We’re into health, wellness and living in a way that keeps the flat feeling cosy and relaxed.

We’re hoping to find someone who:
•Is tidy and considerate
•Treats the place like a home
•Communicates openly and respectfully
•Cleans up after themselves
•Enjoys the occasional chat or dinner, but also appreciates personal space
•Ideally works mostly from the office (WFH about 1 day a week is fine)

💷 Rent & Deposit
•£1,170 per month (bills included)
Bills cover council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband
•Deposit: £1,170
•Additionally, we share the cost of a cleaner every two weeks.
