Bright luxury double room in the heart of Chelsea

Our friend Florian is moving out so now we have a very bright room to rent in the heart of Chelsea in an amazing recently refurbished penthouse flat!

ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is 8 minutes walk to Battersea Park, 15 minutes walk to Gloucester Road Station, 20 minutes walk to Sloan Square and has loads of buses that can take you, for example, to Soho within 25 minutes.

It has 3 bedrooms and a huge open-plan kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is already furnished by us, so you won’t need to bring anything there.

The flat was refurbished less than 4 years ago and we're its first tenants since. Furthermore, it comes with a shared garden at the back of the building, outdoor bike storage and a facility manager.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room comes furnished. You would share the bathroom only with Sophie, as Damian has an ensuite in his bedroom. Rent is £1537 a month excluding bills (which is around £150-£200 a month) and the deposit is £1,375.

ABOUT US
We are Damian and Sophie, two professionals, who are both in our late 20s and work within data governance in different companies. We like to think of ourselves (up for your judgement once you meet us) as easygoing who like to get together for dinner/takeaways, watch some movies and go out to some cool venues. Otherwise, we both enjoy travelling and are usually a few weeks per year abroad somewhere.
From the fun facts, what we consider our great achievement is keeping the big plant you may see in the living room (JJ) alive.
