Newly redecorated ground floor flat in Chelsea, just off the Fulham Road, close to the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and all the great local venues.
West Brompton and Earls Court tubes are only a few minutes walk and there are great bus routes on the doorstep.
I am hoping to find a professional person (or couple) who is/are looking for a peaceful place to reside in this sophisticated and safe location. Maximum occupancy two persons.
There is a new Howden's kitchen, the bathroom has had an upgrade and the entire flat has been freshly painted, with new carpets.
There is excellent storage in the bedroom, with a built in double wardrobe, large chest, small chest, bookcase and four suitcase sized box drawers under the bed.
The monthly rent is inclusive of bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, Service Charge, TV Licence and unlimited superfast WIFI. I have British Gas Homecare 400 for the property and insurance on the main appliances. I have an excellent cleaner who comes to clean my flat on Saturday's, who may be willing to clean yours too.
There would be a tenancy lease, full inventory signed by both parties and I will ensure your deposit with the government scheme and give you the details.
