Large top floor double ensuite bedroom w garden

My flatmate has sadly moved abroad so I’m looking for someone to sub-let his room. I am on a rolling two-monthly contract with the landlord for the next 6 months until at least summer 2026.

The flat is on the 4th floor with lift, and the 1st room is large, bright, overlooking a lovely communal garden (we wake up to birdsong!) with lots of built in storage. It has its own huge bathroom (separate bathtub and shower, overlooking the garden). The flat is conveniently located between Fulham Road and King’s Road, ~10 min from south Ken and Gloucester Road stations, and near some very nice delis and shops.

Heating and wifi included. Electricity/water/bi-weekly cleaning come to roughly £200 per person a month

29 yo accountant working in Marylebone, often travelling abroad, clean but easy-going, I enjoy going to the theatre and spend most weekends sailing
I don’t really cook myself but the kitchen is completely free to use
