My flatmate is sadly moving abroad so I’m looking for someone to sub-let his room from *9 November* until at least January 9. If it works out I’d also like to renew the lease.

The flat is on the 4th floor with lift, and the 1st room is large, bright, overlooking a lovely communal garden (we wake up to birdsong!) with lots of built in storage. It has its own huge bathroom (separate bathtub and shower, overlooking the garden)
Heating and wifi included. Bills come to roughly £200 per person a month
