Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to take the second room in my 2 bed flat in Chelsea.
The flat is bright, clean and fully furnished, with a dishwasher, washing machine and a small balcony. It’s located just behind King’s Road in a really lovely and safe area, with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Battersea Park is around a 15 minute walk away which is perfect in the summer.
The nearest stations are Sloane Square, Earl’s Court and Imperial Wharf.
The room comes furnished and is available from 28 June. Rent is £1200 per month, with bills usually around £150.
This is a sublet for a minimum of 4 months, with the possibility to extend.
