The Room has double glazed windows, for plenty of natural light and ventilation.
Quiet, clean, no noise. Double Bed.
Memory foam mattress, Large floor to ceiling wardrobe, 3 x deep Cupboards, table/desk, and all, are solid.

The shower room its large,( not a cubicle) clean, and kept clean daily. I do the cleaning, it's my home, it suits one that Appreciates a clean place, literally, every single day.
The whole flat has Gas Central Heating for 24hrs instant boiling water, and heating during the winter months.
Sharing the flat ,theoretically, with me, live-in owner, love gardening.
My routine depends on whether I have lodger/flatmate, but always give space and total privacy to the lodger, first.
Must have your own routine, as I'll cleaning every day my home, whether I have a flatmate or not.
Health and safety its paramount.
Suits someone that values their own privacy, and respect 🙏 other's, looking for a safe home to come back after work
No guests policy im afraid.
Sharing the kitchen with nobody.
