Lovely Room in Chelsea

Looking for: Female flatmate, between 28 and 42 years old, not working from home (no remote or hybrid) - these unfortunately are not negotiable

A lovely room is available immediately in a clean and welcoming shared home in the heart of Chelsea, only around 15 minutes from both South Kensington and Sloane Square stations.

You would be sharing with three friendly, tidy and respectful female professionals. We have a very good relationship as housemates and are always happy to communicate and resolve any household matters together. Nobody smokes inside the property.

The house is kept very clean, and a cleaner visits approximately every 10 days. The cleaning cost and household bills are shared separately and are not included in the monthly rent.

The room is officially rented as unfurnished; however, it currently contains a wardrobe belonging to the outgoing tenant. She is asking £250 for it, should the new tenant wish to keep it.

The landlord is fantastic, very responsive and always available to resolve any problems. As part of the usual referencing process, applicants will be asked to provide proof of their Right to Rent in the UK.

The room is available now. We are looking for a clean, considerate and friendly female professional, ideally not working from home, who would enjoy living in a peaceful and respectful home.

Please send me a short introduction about yourself, including your occupation, preferred move-in date and how long you are hoping to stay.
