A lovely single room is available in a clean, quiet, and welcoming home in London Zone 3 (NW2).
The monthly rent is £850 and is fully inclusive of all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax and service charge)
The House & Household:
You will be sharing the house with myself and my husband, a mature couple who love visiting museums, reading, going to the park, travelling and languages (we speak multiple languages). I am originally from Italy, so cooking is a big passion in our home.
We also host a very quiet international student who attends a local accredited college. We are looking for a respectful working professional or a student, preferably a lady who will fit nicely into our quiet, friendly and warm household dynamic.
The Room:
A bright comfortable single room fully equipped with storage. Perfect for someone looking for a peaceful "home to home" environment to study or relax after work.

The location is incredibly well connected for commuting into central London or moving around the local area.
-Buses (2 mins walk): The 24 hour 189 bus stop is just 2 minutes away taking you directly all the way to Oxford Street. Buses 226 and C11 also stop here.
Thameslink (5 mins walk):
Quick and easy access to the rail network.
Underground stations: Accessible via a pleasant 20 mins walk , or a short bus ride:
