Hi, I’m Rachel 🙂 and I'm about to go on some travels so my lovely ensuite king-sized room is available from 21st Oct to 30th November and possibly longer if it works out both sides.


It’s a two-bedroom duplex in a charming Victorian conversion, with the bedrooms on separate floors — so there’s plenty of privacy and space. You’ll have a bright, king sized bedroom, your own ensuite bathroom and a desk. It was fully decorated just 2 years ago so everything is nice and new and works! :)

The forest is the reason I chose this place 🌳🌳🌳 Epping Forest is just a 5-minute walk away, and I love running, cycling and walking there. At the same time, we’re right by Chingford High Street, with cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and the Overground all close by. Liverpool Street is around less than 30 minutes away.

The vibe is chilled and homely and we'd appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves after using the shared spaces.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with houseplants, board games, wooden cooking utensils and a Berkey water filter. There’s space to keep a bike securely in the front garden if you have one.
