We looking are looking for a short stay flat mate for the next 9 months starting form the 1st September.

Looking for someone reliable and committed.
Please read before proceeding forward

* Double bed is already set up *

Rent will be collected every 15th of the month
Rent £650

No deposit just pay your first month of September

Bills are not included - will be split
- council tax £89
- electric £12 ( top up )
- gas ranges between £30 -£120 depending whether it's summer or winter
- water in April £900 altogether will be split to 3 x ( £300per person)

*We are both full time professional worker. so we would ideal like to have someone the same *
