Fully refurbished luxury quiet house with parking and excellent transport links. You will be sharing with a female professional working in the construction industry in marketing. I am respectful, tidy and clean so am looking for someone from whom I can expect the same. This is a 4 bedroom house complete with a garden, large fully equipped kitchen, living room's and dining room as well as an office. The house is very spacious and has a homely feel to it. You will be living in a newly refurbished large double loft bedroom with its own bathroom. There are large wardrobes, dressing table & TV, with large windows that allow a nice amount of light into the room. The house is very tidy and there is a weekly cleaner who visits. Bedlinen can be provided.

Located in a sought-after location with easy access into the city making it perfect for professionals. Chingford train station is a 5-minute walk with direct links to London Liverpool Street, it is also easily accessible to Walthamstow where you can pick up the Victoria underground line. Bus stops are only a 3-minute walk away and you can catch the number 97 which runs between Chingford and Stratford. With close links to M11/M25 as well.
