Fully refurbished luxury quiet house with parking and excellent transport links. You will be sharing with a female professional working in the construction industry in marketing. I am respectful, tidy and clean so am looking for someone from whom I can expect the same. This is a 4-bedroom house complete with a garden, a large, fully equipped kitchen, living rooms, a dining room, and an office. The house is very spacious and has a homely feel to it. You will be living in a newly refurbished large double loft bedroom with its own bathroom. There are large wardrobes, a dressing table & TV, with large windows that allow a nice amount of light into the room. The house is very tidy, and there is a weekly cleaner who visits. Bedlinen can be provided.

Located in a sought-after location with easy access to the city, it is perfect for professionals. Chingford train station is a 5-minute walk away, with direct links to London Liverpool Street. It is also easily accessible to Walthamstow, where you can pick up the Victoria underground line.
