Double room in Chiswick (W4) with massive storage space, huge bed, and garden view available from DECEMBER.

The room comes with: double bed, wall closet with mirror doors, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and stylish lamp. It has a big window, giving the room plenty of natural light.

The house is a small two-bedroom flat, with a shared bathroom and sitting room/kitchen.
Only a few minutes away on foot from Chiswick Business Park and Gunnersbury Station (tube/overground). There are two bus stops just seconds away from the property. There are other bus stops nearby. Kew Bridge Station (railways) is just a ten-minute walk away.
The sitting room also serves as a kitchen, and there is no TV there, so you will need to buy/bring your own for your room.

The monthly rent is £675 to be paid directly to the landlord.
The monthly bills would be £133.
There is also a refundable deposit of 5 weeks to pay to secure the room.
The landlord requires a minimum rental period of 1 year with an optional break clause after six months.
The room is available from the beginning/middle of December.

I'd like to share the flat with someone friendly, clean, tidy and respectful, who will treat the flat as a home.
Definitely a quiet flat, not suitable for parties.
I am a quiet, independent person who loves enjoying quiet nights after work.
However, I am quite active, too, and I would like to share this lovely flat with a like-minded person, considerate of his/her flatmate and respectful of the shared spaces, who is not really a party person, but likes keeping him/herself active.
