Decent sized double bedroom. Built in double wardrobe. Two windows creating lots of light. Some furniture included.

There are two bathrooms, and one ‘guest’ toilet. Shared bathroom with only one other housemate. The bathroom is good sized, with a bath/shower.

The lounge is large and has quaint french doors opening out onto the lovely south facing garden. Great for summer sunbathing. There is also a good sized dining table in the lounge.
There are two fridges in the house, so lots of fridge/freezer space, sharing with one other housemate.

Three girls currently occupy the house, who are all professionals, clean, tidy and friendly. It’s a very chilled, homely house. We like cooking, coffee, films, music gigs, travel, exercise classes.

Sadly no students or working from home full time. Single occupancy.
