You will be sharing the flat with 1 other fully house-trained, professional male, (me - Keith), I work as a Team Leader for University, I'm an easy-going geek, clean, with a good sense of humour, happy to live with anyone that's respectful with a positive personality.

Rent is GBP 800/mth including bills. Additional cost would be a cleaner which is £36 per month. The room is available from mid-April 2021.

Security Deposit is GBP 500.
