The dining kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge-freezers and a washer-dryer, plus air fryer, coffee machine and blender. The bathroom is modern with plenty of storage. The cleaner cleans the kitchen, bathroom and hall every 2 weeks. The gardens, front and rear, are well maintained.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious bright room and has a quadruple wardrobe, sofa and 50” 4K TV.

The nearest tube station is Turnham Green (District & Piccadilly Lines, zone 2) and rail station is Chiswick. You can walk or get the E3 bus to both stations. Nearby buses include the E3, 190, 419 and 533. The E3 bus stop is outside the gym/pool.

The nearest grocery shop is just minutes walk away. The Chiswick Pool leisure centre is only a few minutes away, with its 25m swimming pool and gym. There are also Tesco, Sainsburys and an M&S Food Hall on Chiswick High Street, which has all the shops, gyms, cafes, restaurants and bars you can need.

Promenade Approach Road, which grants direct access to the beautiful stretch of the Thames Path in Chiswick, directly borders the gardens that surround the flat. Dukes Meadows, one of the area's idyllic green spaces, lines the other side of the promenade. Chiswick House & Gardens Park is very close by with its historic villa, superbly kept grounds, lake and wildlife. It's only a few minutes' walk down to the river from your doorstep.

Apologies but this property is not suitable for persons with an e-bike or e-scooter. The London Fire Brigade attends a lithium battery fire every two days and rising.

It is only a short, riverside walk to cross the Thames to beautiful Barnes, which has more supermarkets, cafes and pubs. This flat is large, yet cosy. There is no living room, but every room is comfortable in itself. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing, thank you.
