Room for rent in friendly houseshare

With a heavy heart our current housemate Meg is moving out, so we now have a room available in our lovely home.

We are a super friendly house and spend a lot of evenings watching TV or having a few drinks together, so are looking for someone who has a bit of personality who we can socialise with.

We're looking for a female housemate to help keep the usual balance in our home. It's typically been a mix of 2 guys and 2 girls.

In terms of travel links, there is a bus stop 5 min walk up the road which takes you to Shepherds Bush/Hammersmith/White City, plus the night bus stops there too. Kew Bridge station is just a 5 minute walk which has great links towards Clapham/Waterloo and Gunnersbury station (tube district line/over ground) is 8 minutes away.

The room is a really good size. It’s absolutely massive. Has en suite with toilet and shower. Double bed with under bed storage and two large wardrobes.

We have a large living/dining/kitchen space where we spend most the evenings. This opens out to our garden which is great for the summer.

Rent is £880, bills are not included but they usually come to around £130.

The deposit is £720, direct with the landlord so no agency bills.
