Peaceful Home in Grove Park, Chiswick

Looking for a peaceful home rather than just somewhere to rent?

We’re looking for a professional woman to join our friendly long term flatshare in Grove Park, Chiswick from 1 August.

The Home

Our flat was refurbished a couple of years ago and has a spacious open plan living area, a well equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, and a lovely balcony. Although there are four of us, our different routines mean it rarely feels like a busy household.

We’ve intentionally created a home that’s somewhere to properly switch off after work. It’s friendly without being intrusive, tidy without being obsessive, and somewhere everyone respects each other’s space.

The room is compact but bright (338 cm × 237 cm) and comes furnished with:

• Double bed with new mattress
• Large under-bed storage
• Desk and chair
• Chest of drawers

To maximise the floor space, the wardrobe is currently in the hallway immediately outside the room, although one could be placed inside the room if preferred.

The boiler is housed in a small cupboard within the room. It’s serviced annually and very reliable, although very occasionally access may be needed for maintenance.

Rent is £819 pcm including all bills (£689 rent + £130 bills). There are no hidden costs.

The Location

The flat is tucked away in peaceful Grove Park, one of Chiswick’s loveliest areas.

• 5-minute walk to Chiswick Station
• 1 minute to bus routes
• 7-minute walk to the Thames
• 10-15 minute walk to Chiswick High Road
• Close to Chiswick House & Gardens, local cafés and shops

It’s a wonderful part of London if you enjoy walking, green spaces and having excellent transport links while living somewhere that feels relaxed.

About Us

We’re Lisa, Carolina and Piyumi, originally from South Africa, Portugal and Canada.

We’re all independent professionals with our own routines, friendships and interests. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen after work, catching up over dinner from time to time and looking out for one another, while also respecting each other’s quiet time and privacy.

This is very much a home rather than simply a shared flat.
