Double room in spacious 3 bed Chiswick flat

**Calling all gals and non binary pals!**

We are looking for someone to join us in our three bed Chiswick flat from thr beginning of October!

We have a lovely bright double room available - see below for pics/ videos. You would be sharing the bathroom (also pictured) with one other flatmate. The flat is 2 floors, fully furnished and includes a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher!)/ dining/ living room. There is underfloor heating in all the rooms with individual controls and an absolute abundance of storage.

Transport wise its a 7 minute walk to Chiswick Park (district line) and 5 minutes to South Acton (overground). Less than 10 minutes to Chiswick High Street and a big Sainsburys.

Total cost with bills/council tax would be 1150 per month

**About Us:**

Our names are Maddy (she/her) and Emma (she/her) and are both 27. We met at school and our long love affair started in bottom set PE because we are both terrible at tennis.

We moved to London this month, having both been living in Leeds the last couple of years Maddy works in marketing for a university and Emma is a doctor. But don’t let the serious jobs fool you, we’re both just a girl (s).

We have spent many a Thursday night in the pub planning our move to London and more importantly where to get our cheesey chips at the end of the night. We love exploring London, a pub trip, nights in watching crappy TV (we recently did a twilight marathon- ironically or non ironically, who knows!!), and a house meal!

We are looking for a silly giggly housemate who would like to be a friend was well as a housemate. We’re also both bisexual and would like to live in a queer friendly space. We are clean and tidy but pretty laid back. Maddy loves a big Sunday clean while banging out some tunes.
