Cozy double room in Chiswick house share, garden

We have one furnished double room available for £850pcm which includes council tax in our lush 4 bed house in Chiswick. Bills come to approx £80 per month.

The Area
The terraced house is just 5 mins walk from South Acton for the overground which takes you down to Richmond or across to Camden, 15 mins to Chiswick Park or Turnham Green for District Line, and the E3 bus 2 mins away. Lidl and Acton high street are 10 mins away and there's also a massive Sainsbury's 15 mins away. Chiswick High Street is full of amazing restaurants and shops.

The House
We recently redecorated the living room and got new plants, and we like to keep the garden neat in the summer ready for BBQs and tanning. We all live relatively busy lives so are out and about but love catching up over dinner or having a chat over a wine (or a cheeky margarita), watching Netflix, playing Mario Kart, working out, cooking, and travelling.

Current Housemates
We are 3 girls in our early 30s who love that the house is our home. Kendra is Canadian, works in HR Analytics and enjoys going to gigs, sports and travelling, Elisa is Italian and works in Sustainability and enjoys going to the gym, reading and catching up with her friends and Robyn is English, works in interior design and enjoys galleries, car boot sales, gardening and crafty workshops.

Future Housemate
We are looking for someone similar age (early 30s) and interests, who works a fairly regular 9-5, someone who is looking for a home rather than a room, is respectful of the space we all share, and would be keen to socialise as a house at times. Look forward to hearing from you!
