THE FLAT

The flat was refurbished a few years ago and is bright, modern and homely, with a shared kitchen, living room and balcony.

We really love the atmosphere we’ve created here. It’s a calm, comfortable home to come back to at the end of a busy day. Somewhere you can cook dinner, curl up with a film, have a chat in the kitchen or simply retreat to your own space.

ABOUT US

We’re three professional women in our 30s, all working full time. We’re friendly and easygoing but also independent and have our own lives. We enjoy things like cooking, films, reading, music, fitness and exploring London, and we all value having a clean, peaceful home.

We’re looking for another professional woman who has a similar rhythm, friendly and happy to chat, but equally comfortable doing her own thing. Someone tidy, considerate and looking for a home rather than simply a place to crash.

We’re not a party flat and generally socialise outside the home, so it’s particularly suited to someone who enjoys having a quiet sanctuary to come back to.

• Local Co-op and independent shops around 5 mins away
• Chiswick High Road and its shops, cafés and restaurants around 10–15 mins away

We’re ideally looking for someone aged around 29–45 who would like to stay longer term.
