Super Cosy Double Room in Chiswick July - October

I’m going away for Summer and would love to Sub Let my room to someone who’s dropping by into London

Bills not included (will need to send bill to one of the girls who breaks it down for you)

For example:

Gas and elec - £116.37 / 4 = £29.09
Council tax - £263 / 4 = £65.75
Wifi - £56.80 / 4 = £14.20
Water - £68 / 4= £17

So that’s £126.04 each in total

This was last month but gas and electricity vary!

Deposit of 2 weeks (£500) to be provided once happy to take the room, the remaining amount (£373) to be paid upfront before staying. Can be flexible on dates just send me over a message!

One Cosy Double Chiswick + Transport Walking Distance
A cosy double room with plenty of natural light available to rent for 3 months in a 4 bed spacious flat. (Note these images taken in the middle of winter I’ll update them when I get home from my travels!)

The flat has:
1 x large living room
1x kitchen
1x W/C
1x Bathroom with W/C

You will be sharing with 3 females (27-32) all really friendly people. Everyone respects the shared rooms and cleans up after themselves 🫧
