Cosy home in quiet street

I am leaving my beloved flat in chiswick, had lovely time there with my flatmate. The location is amazing and the flat has great vibe!

The flat is on the first floor of a 3 flat house. The neighborors are quiet, nice and friendly. While the flat is next to the motorway, you wouldn't know as there is barely any sound coming in.

There is a spacious shared livingroom and a lovely kitchen with a huge window which is just so nice to sit by in the summer when cooking. The livingroom has huge windows and the bedrooms look to the garden in the back, while the flat is cosy it has such good atmosphere, i had lovely time and possibly the favourite place i ever stayed in in my 12 years in london, both location and building wise.

The housemate is a young professional in her early thirties, she is working from home a few days a week, likes to cook and chill when have the time and have a reasonable amount of socialisation. We got along well and had a nice relationship.

There is a bathroom with a bath and quite some storage space. Two women could share easily, so that gives you an estimate.

The room i am leaving has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a small bedside table.

The flat is 5mins walk from gunnersbury station and 10 mins walk from chiswick high street which is full of nice restaurants, brunch and breakfast places. It has a huge sainsburys nearby, a waitrose and a new marks and spencer. There is also all sorts of markets in the weekends and other local events.

The room is £1025 without bills, which should come up £100-160 depending on the month and the deposit is £1275.

NO STUDENTS - as it turned out the landlord cant take students due to insurance reasons.
Referencing can take up to a month with Foxtons so expect the move in in a month time.
