About the house:

Shared with two others, we have a generous communal living/dining space, kitchen and bathroom as well as small balcony. The flat is on the ground floor of a charming 1920’s style apartment block, affectionately called Chiswick Village, and it has a lovely communal feel, including a communal green space with garden furniture and BBQ pits.

Transport connections are good. You have Gunnersbury station which has district line and overground, and Kew Bridge with ThamesLink trains as well as busses, all within a 5-10 min walk away.

About Us:
You’ll be living with two friendly Kiwi’s; Mat a 24yr old guy who’s a performer/hospo worker, and Max a 27yr old girl who’s a paramedic. We often have passing catch-ups in the living room or kitchen, as well as the occasional trip to the pub, our local is on the bank of Thames and only a 5 min walk away! We also enjoy our own space, so looking for someone who is the same.

What we’re looking for:
A friendly and clean housemate, who is up for the occasional social excursion but is also able to respect each other’s space. We’re ideally looking for someone who works a Mon-Fri 9-5 type job, no WFH, as Max does shift work and often needs to sleep during the day.
