Double Room available in Chiswick

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I have a new place that I’m able to move and into before my tenancy ends in late September.

The flat is on Flanders Road, a beautiful and safe residential street, just a 5-minute walk from both Turnham Green and Stamford Brook stations, and only a few minutes from Chiswick High Road. It’s a really nice location with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and great transport links nearby.

The flat is well kept and shared with easy going, respectful and tidy flatmates. All bills are included, and there’s a cleaner every 2 weeks.

Just to be transparent, this is more of a convenient base than a cosy home-from-home, and the room is the smallest in the flat. The property also backs onto a train line, so you can hear trains passing at times. I only mention these things to make sure it’s the right fit and avoid unnecessary viewing.

Great for somebody that is working in the area, commuting regularly, or studying at ArtsEd. Referencing is pretty easy with this agent.
