Hi! I am a current tenant of this flat for the last 2 years and am looking to replace the other two flatmates as they are moving out in August.

Of the two rooms, one has a balcony and the other is very large (originally the living room) and has a decorative fireplace. Both comfortably fit a double bed + furniture and have great light.

I work full time and keep a tidy and quiet space, and would like to find flatmates who are respectful and clean. I like my own space but am always happy for a chat, movie, pint, etc! The flat is in a lovely building with friendly neighbours and in a great location.

There is a £50 fee for referencing checks through the letting agents, and would prefer if you have a guarantor.
