Double room for rent - Chiswick

My flatmate and I (one guy, one girl and working full-time) are looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom split-level maisonette as our other current flatmate is moving away.

The room available is a double bedroom that comes with
- a wardrobe
- a chest of drawers
- a desk (perfect for WFH days)


We share:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a modern bathroom
- an additional WC+sink
- a big homey living space where we sometimes have house dinners and movie nights.
We're friendly and are always up for a chat, pub outings, and hosting dinners with friends, though we also appreciate one another's downtimes.

The rent is £1000/month, excluding bills.
Bills and council tax come together to around £100 in total (though we are revising our bills deal to lower it).

The house is a 10-15 minutes walk away from:
- Chiswick Park (District line)
- Turnham Green (District & Piccadilly lines)
- South Acton (Mildmay line)
- 94 bus stop that will take you through Shepherd's Bush and Notting Hill to Piccadilly Circus.

There is a lot of green space around the area, and Richmond and Gunnersbury Parks are practically down the road, so we get to enjoy lovely walks away from the bustle every now and then. Chiswick High Road is 10 minutes walk away and offers lovely restaurants, bars, a brand new country music club, weekend flower/cheese/food/antique markets (they keep it on rotation!), and nice independent coffee shops and bookshops. About 20 minutes on foot away is the Thames and some great pubs by the river. It's generally a great, well-connected area in the middle of busy London.
