Beautiful huge bedroom in Chiswick, 4 min walk to Chiswick Park tube and 10 min walk to Zone 2 Turnham Green tube (11 mins to Zone 1), overlooking the stunning Acton Green. South Acton overground (19 min to Hampstead Heath) is also an 8 min walk away.

The flat is a massive 1,200 sq ft (113 sq m) 3 bed Victorian flat in a 125-year-old classic London mansion block with a very large sitting room, a small communal garden at the front, a small balcony, a massive kitchen, a large bathroom, high ceilings, and a separate second toilet.

There are two excellent pubs within a three minute walk, and Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S are all super nearby.

Two men aged 28 live here - a lawyer and a civil servant. One is gay. We both get on well, and we're polite, social, clean, tidy, quiet and friendly.

The sitting room is a communal space with a TV and a dining room.

We don't party, but we sometimes have friends over.

Chiswick is an absolutely fantastic area, with a tree-lined High Road, the riverside, Chiswick House and Gardens, gorgeous architecture, and an abundance of lovely restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops.

Council Tax is included in the rent, so additional bills are only about £50-75 extra per month.

The room will definitely be available from 3 September, and may be free from 23 August. The exact date the room will be fully vacated is TBC, but it'll be somewhere between 23 August and 3 September.
