Looking for a new housemate in Chiswick!

Our current housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room from the 1st October.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe. The room also has a sunlight. The house had a spacious kitchen, shared living room and one bathroom with a shower and bath. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Bills not included. These are approx £150 per month.

The house is less than 10 minute walk from Chiswick Park Station, 5 minute walk from South Acton Station and 15 minute walk from Turnham Green Station (with picadilly line night tube).

Chiswick High Street is about a 10 minute walk with a Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Boots, Waterstones and Oliver Bonas plus many cafes, pubs and restaurants. The 94 bus route is also close by which can take you to Westfield Shopping Centre and goes all the way to Picadilly Circus.

The current housemate are myself and Maddi! We are both in our twenties and would love to share with someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful!
