The transport links are another great perk approximately 4 minutes’ walk from Gunnersbury station, giving you both the District line and Mildmay line. Chiswick Park station is also nearby, and there are several bus routes around Gunnersbury, including connections towards Hammersmith.

The house is a good mix of a quiet, leafy Chiswick neighbourhood with parks and green space, while still having easy access into Central London.

A little about us, we’re both 24. Ahmad recently completed his Master’s degree in law and I work in post secondary education. We’re social and would love to have a house where we can occasionally have friends over, cook together or hang out in the living room/garden, while still respecting everyone’s own space and schedules.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, considerate and sociable who would enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You absolutely don’t need to spend every evening together we’d just prefer someone who wants to know their housemates rather than three strangers living behind closed doors.

Our planned housemate pulled out unexpectedly after we signed the offer and put in the deposit so we are looking to find the right person ASAP and can arrange a viewing immediately.
