A garden view double room in a Victorian house, on its own floor with it's own newly refurbished bathroom. The room has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk available. We share kitchen, conservatory / living room and garden. Washing machine and tumble dryer can of course be used. There is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. The parking is registered permit or Pay-by-Phone. You will have access to WiFi & Utility bills are included. Two References will be required. (One must be from your current employer) You’ll be sharing the house with two professionals.

Located in Turnham Green, Chiswick Park making it easily accessible for District/Piccadilly lines also bus 94 to Oxford Street/Piccadilly Circus. A 5 mins walk to Chiswick High Road which is famous for all types of restaurants, bars and cafes. It's a 10mins walk to Chiswick House & 15 mins to Kew Gardens. We are also close to Richmond Park and Shepherds Bush Westfield Shopping Mall is a 15 minute bus ride. The M4 is 5 mins away by car and this can take you to Heathrow Airport within 20mins by car or 30 directly on the Piccadilly Line.

We are looking for a professional working housemate who is very respectful of the house, those who currently reside in it and the space. Someone who's also keen on the occasional dinner, drink together. Someone who is up for conversation and not prone to always hiding away in their room. Someone who doesn't create noise nor mess and who will treat the house as a home.
