Large Double Room for Sublet in Chiswick

I'm heading out of London for two months which means my large double room in our lovely house share in Chiswick is available to sublet this September and October, bills inc.

About the house & housemates:
Our house is a lovely place to live, spread over 3 floors. We have a shared living room and kitchen that leads out to a little garden + the sunny roof terrace which is perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks.

You'd be joining three friendly girls – Angela, Victoria, and Maddy. They're respectful and relaxed, and often hang out together in the house or local pubs so you'd be welcome to join.

There is a bathroom and a separate additional toilet shared comfortably between my room (on the middle floor) and the two smaller bedrooms on the top floor.

The Room:
The available room is a very generously sized, fully furnished double, offering a comfortable and private space. It has the double bed, large desk (inc. standing desk), mini sofa seat, large wardrobe & chest of drawers

Chiswick Location:
Our house is just off Chiswick High Road and a couple of minutes' walk from Turnham Green station (District Line) so everything you need is on your doorstep: a huge new M&S, Sainsbury's, boutique shops and many, many pubs, cafes & restaurants. Plus, the river and the beautiful Chiswick House & Gardens are just a 10 min walk away. There's also regular bus routes are nearby and Hammersmith is a 20-minute walk.

Key Details:

Move-in Date: From 31st August (slight flexibility if needed).

Rent: £1150 per month, all bills included.
