I’m looking for someone to sub-let my room from July 3rd after I move out. The lease renews September 3rd however would be possible to stay on after!
It’s a single room, £750 a month + bills.
10 minute walk from Neasden underground station (Jubilee line) or 10 minute bus to Willesden Green (jubilee) or Willesden Junction (Bakerloo, overground) and other housemates (male) have just graduated ICMP. The house is also occupied by a cat (Elsie).
The house is lovely and has a lot of character, lovely garden and relatively accessible.
