I’m looking for someone to sub-let my room from July 3rd after I move out. The lease renews September 3rd however would be possible to stay on after!
It’s a single room, £750 a month + bills.
Comes furnished! And has a bathroom just outside shared with one other person.
10 minute walk from Neasden underground station (Jubilee line), 10/15 minute bus to either Willesden Junction (Bakerloo, Mildmay and Lioness lines) or Willesden Green (Jubilee). The other housemates (male) have just graduated ICMP (Kilburn), and are planning on moving out when the lease renews in September.
The house is lovely and has a lot of character, lovely garden and relatively accessible.
