Modern Double Room - Clapham

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to take our spare room at Clapham North. Our apartment is only a two minute walk from the underground station with easy access into the city.

The apartment is modern with a open plan kitchen & living area. We have a good sized bathroom and a separate storage room. There is a large balcony and roof terrace with a communal garden, we also have storage for bikes in the basement.

The bedroom is a good sized double and comes fully furnished including a TV. There is plenty of storage space with separate room for your wardrobe.

All bills are included and includes Sky TV & Broadband.

My partner Harry and I are pretty chilled out and like to think we are easy enough to live with. We like to keep the place tidy and respect each others space. We are looking for someone with similar interests friendly and that we can have a good catch up with in the evenings. We all muck in with the cleaning so looking for someone that is tidy and considerate.

We both work as IT sales professionals, both of us are currently working from home. Before lockdown after work we’d often head down the gym or chill out in front of the TV. At weekends we are often out with friends exploring places around London.
