I have a double room available in Clapham North / Wandsworth Road. It's very spacious, with dinning table, tv table, desk and chair. The property comes with gas-fired central heating, natural hardwood flooring, double bed with memory foam mattress, double glazed windows and a chest of drawers.

All bills and high speed fiber optic wifi are included in the price. Rent is £150pw and deposit is only £600. The contract is directly with me, so no agencies or any other fees involved.

This flat is a 10 minute walk to both Clapham North and Stockwell Underground Stations on the northern line, and less than 5 minutes to Wandsworth Road Overground Station which will take you to Clapham Junction in a couple of minutes. There are also several bus routes around, including night buses.

In Clapham Road you can find plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks, gyms, etc. All in all, a great location where you will be near everything; in general, Clapham is a very nice place to live!
