Freshly renovated, bright, airy, spacious, modern home in a quiet, convenient, central, park-side location.

All rooms have new beds, mattresses, underbed storage and mirrored wardrobes. Fully equipped with a living room, Juliet balcony, high speed fibre broadband with mesh extenders, washing machine, Ring security system, loft communal storage space, 3 bathrooms with walk in rain showers, large double kitchen and dishwasher with many windows and skylights to enjoy the long views. We also have a fortnightly cleaner included as part of the rent.

Centrally located on a quiet street, 2 minutes from Wandsworth common station and 10 minutes from Balham station that can get you into central London in 15 minutes. 1 minute from Wandsworth common, 2 minutes from the local shops, 10 minutes from the high street.


This is a large young social home with 8 lodgers where housemates eat and hang out together but have as much freedom to be as independent as they'd like. Landlords will be separate on the bottom floor and garden, with lodgers on the top 2 floors.

Bills are included except cleaning and energy. Energy is charged as a percentage of total bills proportional to room size. The cleaning is charged equally between all rooms. Energy is usually about £30/month dependent on usage. The cleaner comes every week and is about £7.50/week.

We're looking for housemates that want to move in immediately, ideally within 2 weeks but there’s flexibility, stay for over 6 months, are 18-35 years old and fit into the warm social dynamic of the house. We're particularly looking for creatives and freelancers so there's an equal balance with full time employees but that’s just a preference, any profession is fine!

I lead quite an active and social lifestyle, enjoying gym, running, a range of sports, cooking, music festivals/gigs and nights out.
