Roommate wanted: Spacious 3 Bed House Calpham

Hello!

We are looking for a friendly, ambitious and clean individual to move in to the master bedroom in our beautiful home. The bedroom has built in white wardrobes surrounding the bed frame, and 3 windows.

It is next door to the upstairs bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The house has another bathroom on the ground floor (with a bathtub), and another separate toilet.

The kitchen is also on the ground floor, with a dining table and chairs. Up the staircase takes you into the rather spacious living room including a piano and fireplace (cant use it sadly!). There is a bit of storage space and shoe cupboards built in to the hallway as well.

The house is right off Clapham Common park but its sadly time to leave for Syl as she has decided to move in with her partner.

The remaining peeps that live here are her brother Richard me, Leon.

It's 10 mins to both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common. Tesco and Salisbury are 50 meters away, and bigger supermarkets Asda and Lidl nearby. We adore the Virgin active gym 5 min walk away and make the most of the fitness, pool and spa there (yep, thanks to Syl we have even been persuaded to love yoga!).

We keep a clean but homely vibe and would love to live with something who is like minded. We are ambitious individuals and like to foster a living environment that is fun yet conducive to a productive lifestyle. We are also friends and enjoy having a meal, watching Netflix or playing music (piano/guitar skills are a plus) together once in a while in the evenings or weekends. A glass of wine or beer doesn't go amiss either 🙂.
