Double room - Clapham in great, friendly flat

Two super friendly professionals looking for a third housemate!

After two years living here with these girls and really loving it, I'm moving out because I'm buying a place. The room available is a lovely double bedroom that is available around the beginning of October (but I can be a bit flexible). This is a 11 month contract and the girls would love to find not only a housemate but a new friend to share the home with!

The room is a small double bedroom but comfortably fits a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. The rent for the room is £762 per month plus bills (around £125 a month, including all communal products for the kitchen and bathroom and our cleaner). The rest of the flat is always tidy and comprises of two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely open plan kitchen-living room. It’s on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian building on a quiet residential street in the heart of Clapham.

The location is amazing, just off Wandsworth Road, its a five-seven minute walk to Clapham Common and within a 10 minute walk of Clapham Junction Station. The flat is also within a 30 second walk of a Tesco and Sainsbury’s and lots of coffee shops.

About the flatmates!! They are two super friendly 27 year old professional girls working in the Events Industry and Media. They are looking for a female housemate of a similar age who will chill with them in the week and party with them at the weekend!
