1 Double Loft Room with En suite for Let

We are looking for a couple (or single) to replace us in our beautiful large double loft room with en suite in Clapham South.

About you:
- a couple or single* (room rate may change for a single)
- mid 20s - 30
- working professionals
- looking for a quiet and respectful home. This is not a party house. While we do socialize with each other and like to spend time together as a group, this is a very quiet, low key house with all housemates keeping quite separate lives. If you are looking for a party house then probably not the right place for you.

About the housemates: you would be living with two absolute super stars. 2 girls, both professionals from the UK and Australia.

About the room: massive double room with giant en suite built into the loft level of the flat. En suite has both shower and full size bath. Heaps of roof storage available for suitcases, boxes etc.

Furniture: room comes with king size bed and mattress, 2 x bedside tables and large chest of drawers. We can also discuss selling you our additional furniture (i. e. clothes rail) if needed.

Rent: £1020 for the room payable to the agent every month.

Bills: water, gas, electricity, internet council tax and cleaner twice per month are all paid by one of us, and we split it equally every month = approx. £90 per person (approx. $180 for the room).

About the location:
- Clapham South tube (Northern Line) approx 5 min walk
- Clapham Common tube (Northern Line) approx 10 min walk
- Brixton Tube (Victoria Line) approx 25 minute walk
- Clapham Southside with buses going in every which direction approx. 2 min walk.
- Abbeville Road with cafes, restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the awesome Abbeville Pub - literally 30 second walk.

Other Costs: tenant transfer fees (currently in negotiation with agent) + reference checks (£45 each person) + deposit (£1350) + tv license (£38 difference)

When: available to move from week of 23/09 - however we can be flexible with the exact date.
